Warranty

All stainless steel instruments have a 30 day money back warranty and are covered with a lifetime guarantee for defects in workmanship and material.

If an instrument fails as a result of a defect, The Dry Eye Doctor, Inc. is committed to take steps which it believes are necessary to correct the problem. These steps may include, but are limited to repair, replacement or supplying an alternative instrument after it was inspected by us.

This warranty does not cover general maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening services required as a result of normal use. It does not include damage that is caused by misuse, improper care, and improper care of cleaning methods, loss, theft, or negligence on the part of the owner or user.

Cause will exclusively be determined by The Dry Eye Doctor, Inc. evaluation. The Dry Eye Doctor, Inc. stands by its products and it is our priority to make sure our customers are satisfied.

The Dry Eye Doctor, Inc. warrants that single use products and consumables are 90 day warranty against defects in workmanship or materials that are discovered prior to initial use or expiration.
